Warranty


We proudly offer 5-Year Limited Warranty against fading on the entire fabric from brand Outtra.
Outtra refers as a high-level performance fabric brand who can guarantee against becoming unserviceable due to the loss of fabric color.
Within normal exposure and usage conditions, including sunlight, mildew, and atmospheric chemicals when used for appropriate applications.

  • This warranty (is limited to manufacturing defects associated with the fabrics and) does not cover any damage caused by improperly installed, handled or abused by user, nor to any unit which has been repaired or altered by unauthorized repair companies.
  • Under no circumstances will the customer entitled warranty to consequential or incidental damages.
  • This limited 5-year basic warranty will only grant customers certain legal rights; Customers may have other rights according to different state laws.
  • This warranty does not cover costs associated with replacement of the fabric, including labor and installation, except as noted in this warranty.
  • Outtra's liability is expressly limited to this warranty. Outtra reserves the right to request the proof of purchase and inspect any fabric submitted for claim.
  • This Limited Warranty extends only to the customer who originally purchased the fabric directly from OuttraFabrics.com, and is using for non-commercial in-home use only. It does NOT extend to any subsequent owner.
  • Care & Maintenance


    1. To clean our fabric, machine wash is not allowed.
    2. Use mild soap or lukewarm water with a clean towel, sponge or soft bristle brush to remove spots.
    3. Prepare a solution of 1/4 cup mild soap per gallon of warm water.
    4. Spray on the stained area, allowing the cleaning solution to soak into the fabric for 15 minutes.
    5. Clean the fabric surface area with soft materials and do not rub the fabric vigorously.
    6. Rinse thoroughly to remove all soap residue and allow fabric to air dry.
    7. Never use solvent-based detergents since these may bleach the material and damage the fabric. Also, do not use any alkali or acidic detergents or steam blasters to clean the fabric.
    8. Always keep the fabric clean before storage. Remove dirt from fabric surface to avoid mildew.
